Introducing our mouthwatering Artisan Italian sandwiches ! They take ~10 mins to make, each one handcrafted with precision and fresh ingredients. Bet you're wondering how we make it?! Don't worry, we'll show you!
1. First, we take our fresh bread slice it, butter it, and press to perfection.
2. Then, we prep the HOT sandwiches fillings and bake it for ~3 mins.
3. Next, we take the toasted bread and lather it and top it with goodness.
4. Finally, we grab the baked fillings and place on top with love and care.
And Voilà! Our completed sandwich is cut in half and served nice and hot.
All our dressings are home made, just like our Aiolis for the sandwiches above. We cut every salad fresh to order. That includes the greens and all the toppings! Crisp, fresh lettuce with organic ingredients.
1. First, we grab the green and cut (all greens pre-washed).
2. Then, we cut the toppings fresh to order (onions, tomatoes, etc.).
3. Next, we add the garnishes (our croutons are homemade too!).
4. Finally, we add the dressing to the salad or on the side as ordered.
We have classic Caesar & Greek salads, but our others are just as good.
Oh boy, we make a pizza like no one else in the area. Truly authentic Italian style pizzas. But we couldn't choose just one style! We love Napoli's topping style, yet we also love Rome's thin, bubbly crust. So we said “Non ti preoccupare!", don't worry about it - we'll do both styles!
1. First, we take our '00' dough and roll/toss it nice and thin (not too thin).
2. Then, we add our homemade taste bud chilling, savory pizza sauce.
3. Next, we add the cheese and toppings like they do in Napoli (lite).
4. Finally, we cook in the oven at ~800 degrees for ~10 mins, rotating reg.
What comes out is a thin, bubbly crust golden brown and ready to eat.
Notice the spread out toppings, liter sauce and quick melting cheese. The cheese melts but not completely like American pizza and it mixes with the sauce to provide beautiful colors and textures! Link to full video here.
The dough is the same but is rolled thinner and cooked at a slightly lower 'High' temp. The end result is a beautifully crispy crust with decadently mixed cheeses. And the crust is the perfect mix between thin and bubbly! Link to full video here.
